Synopsis: Based on the novel by Walker Hamilton. Thriller about a sweet natured but backward adolescent, emotionally abused by his stepfather who wants to deprive him of his inheritance. He runs away to Cornwall where he meets an eccentric old man, living in a hut in woods, whose life work is protecting animals. The two return to London to confront his stepfather.
